Alexandra "Alee Rose" Stark is a New York City based, multi-faceted artist whose work - across photography, painting, cosmetology, and healing - is rooted in one enduring act: witnessing people fully, so they can see themselves in their true light.

Originally from San Diego, California, Alee has worked professionally on both coasts for over a decade. From a young age, her talent as a visual artist began to emerge - crafting with anything she could find and creating photoshoots with her friends. That same impulse carried her into cosmetology, where she discovered early what would become the thread running through everything she does: helping others witness the best versions of themselves. Her seasoned expertise in creative direction, styling, and hair and makeup artistry shines through in her photography, which has been featured in publications such as Bazaar Vietnam, CR Fashion Book, Lookbook Paris Magazine, Off the Rails Magazine, Inked Magazine, and Vogue Italia.

In 2019, she reignited her passion for painting, creating her first fine art series, ‘Fearlessly Exist’, using her own photography as reference. The inspirational series depicts real women in superhero masks, encouraging viewers to reconnect with their inner power and authentic selves. The concept expanded into a larger initiative, "The Unveiled Collective," designed to support and uplift those in need.

Her fine art has since evolved into a hybrid of abstract color and large-scale portraiture, continuing to embody the modern-day heroine. Alee has exhibited her work at Art Week Miami in 2022 and has created murals for venues like Botanica in San Diego and GIA in New York. Her commitment to fostering community inspired her to curate her first show in Chelsea, New York, in 2020, featuring an eclectic range of artists and raising funds for local non-profits. She continued her efforts with a group show for Women's Week 2023, "Becoming: Our Story" at the Triangle Loft, New York, and debuted her first solo exhibition, "Soul on Fire," in early 2023.

Growing up immersed in spirituality and shamanism, Alee has always understood that healing and creative work are not separate acts - they are two expressions of the same impulse. In 2023, that understanding deepened into a calling at Mount Shasta, where she stepped fully into her path as a Reiki practitioner and Shamanic energy healer. She now blends Shamanic energy healing, eyelash artistry, and her creative practice into a unified approach to beauty and wellness, tending to both the inner and outer beauty of the people she works with.
