Daily Aura-Clearing Meditation

Clearing

Sit comfortably with your feet on the ground, legs uncrossed. You can sit cross legged if you like, but it's easier to ground when the bottoms of our feet are on the ground. Get your spine as upright as you can. 


Picture a cord from your root chakra, into the earth, creating a connection to the earth and grounding yourself in your body. 

Begin with a deep breath. Imagine that you are breathing light in the top of your head. 

INHALE, Fill your third eye, heart and your belly with that light. EXHALE, release energy down your spine, down your legs, and into the ground through the bottoms of your feet. 

You can imagine that you are releasing all that you are holding on to on that exhale. Release all of your own emotions and all of  the emotions and energy that you have picked up from other people, too. Release everything down into the ground with the exhale. (Don't worry, the earth knows how to compost this energy.) 

Do this sequence for a mimimun of 30 seconds until you feel like you are clear and grounded. 8 minutes is recommended.

Re-Energizing

Now, concentrate on the outer edge of your energy field (Your aura, or “personal bubble”) Since our auras respond very well to our imagination and visualization, you can imagine, pretend, or visualize this. Sometimes getting creative with this part  is very helpful. Once you have visualized the outer edge of your energy field, you can make it more solid, like an eggshell or a crystal ball. Shine it up. Then, “program” or set intent for  the outer edge of your energy field to only let in positive and supportive energy. It should be semipermeable, like the membrane of a cell. Non-supportive energy stays on the other side and nothing crosses this boundary without your permission. 

Take another final inhale breath to add as much light to your aura as you can and exhale again, releasing any extra energy down your legs and into the ground. Do this entire exercise as many times as you need to throughout the day.


Circular Breathing (Circulating your beautiful clean energy

Get Grounded or continue right where you left off in the Aura Clearing Meditation.

 Sit comfortably with your spine straight, hands resting on your lap or a mudra of your choice, and eyes closed. Take a few deep breaths to center yourself.

Inhale Up the Back

As you inhale, visualize energy rising from your root chakra (base of spine) up along your spinal column through each chakra.

• Guide the breath up the back of your body, passing the sacrum, solar plexus, heart, throat, and into your third eye (forehead, between the brows).

Hold at the Third Eye

Pause briefly at the third eye to allow the energy to expand and circulate.

Exhale Down the Front

As you exhale, let the energy flow down the front of your body, passing the throat, heart, solar plexus, and belly, returning to the root chakra.

Repeat the Cycle

Continue this circular energy loop, inhaling up the spine, holding at the third eye, and exhaling down the front of the body until your breath feels like water. Recommended 8 minute practice.

Additional Tips:

• Tongue Position: Lightly touch the tip of your tongue to the roof of your mouth (just behind the front teeth) to create an energetic circuit.

•Breath Control: Keep your breathing deep, smooth, and relaxed.

• Visualization: Imagine the energy as a golden or white light traveling along this circuit.

• Intention: Focus on clearing, balancing, and energizing your chakras as you move the breath.
